RB2B (Retention.com) — a visitor identification service that may identify business visitors based in the United States by matching anonymous visit data against a third-party identity graph. When a US-based business visitor is identified, we may receive their name, work email address, LinkedIn profile, company name, and job title. Visitors based outside of the United States are not identified by this service in accordance with GDPR and similar privacy regulations. If you are a US-based business visitor and would prefer not to be identified, you may opt out by emailing us at info@summitscalesolutions.com and we will request deletion of your data from our records.
When you submit a form on this website, your submission and the information you provide may be processed by one or more of the following services:
Netlify Forms — used to receive and store submissions from our resource download forms. Submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure and emailed to Summit Scale Solutions for follow-up.
HighLevel (Go High Level) — used to power our contact form and discovery call scheduling calendar embedded on the Contact page. Submissions and bookings create contact records in our HighLevel CRM for follow-up.
We do not sell or share the information you submit through any of these services with third parties outside of those required to deliver the service you requested (for example, the email service that sends you a confirmation message).
Registration is not required in order to use or access this website. However, this site may make forums, blogs, message boards, or similar features available to its users.
